Can't make comments under articles was created by Enke

if someone wanne make a comment under an article, following error message comes on a new blank site:

{"message":"Comment added! Refreshing page...","refresh":1}

pls help me, i am a newbie in joomla ...

Problem is probably caused by same thing like in:
