Just open css files and change fonts?
Most of font definitions are in /css/template_css.css and /css/layout.css, and if you use custom style /styles/styleX.php where X is number of style.
To include fonts as resources of your site you need font sources and you need to include them using @font-face definitions at start of template_css.css file.
Google fonts gives you code snippets you just past into code to use fonts.
