Ok, undo previous change.

Open template_css.css

find this:

.sparky_inner .contentrow {
margin-top: 0;
padding-top: 50px;
background: none;
color: inherit;
}

reduce padding-top: 50px;

Hello Ivan,
I made the changes to the .sparky_inner. It moved the page up about 1/2". I can see it now. Wished it could come up another 1/2" or so, but now I can see the top of the page.

Ok then padding-top is key, did you try to play with values ?
