After installing the Joomla 4 Gym hotstart everything seems to work fine, however the dashboards says there's a Joomla update available.
When I try to install the Joomla update I'm getting an error: 'Attempt to assign property "last_check_timestamp" on null'
This error doesn't appear when I do aan clean Joomla 4 install, but I want to use thje samples from the hotstart.
Any idea how to fix this?
If you are updating from 4.0.0 to 4.0.2, this should work fine.
However, if you updated to 4.0.1, there's a bug in this version. Now before trying to update to 4.0.2, you should update the Update component. So, you should download this
downloads.joomla.org/cms/joomla4/4-0-2/c...omlaupdate-4.0.2.zip
and install it. After that, try to upgrade.
Had the same problem with Print shop template. Seems to be a problem with all J4 templates. Also had to clear the cache and rebuild the database before it worked.
Yes, it's problem with the Joomla update component in the first version of our Quickstart installation packages. However, we have fixed this today. You will need to re-download and re-install the Quickstart installation package.
