Not Responsive on Desktop

New customer and already very dissapointed . Templates are responsive on phone but not on desktop. On Desktop i have to slide from left to right  to see the whole page. Is there money back policy ? I use CMS because i cannot code. I expect things like this should have been fixed already

This can be fixed easily in CSS. Please let me know where you added this text (is it in the article, module, etc.) and we will provide simple CSS code that you can add to fix this. Also, if it's easier, you can provide a link where we can see the problem.
