Hi,

i use Joomla 3.5.1 and the Template Hair Version 2.4.0 at www.mybestseo.de/

I have add a separate Menu for "Kontakt" and "Impressum" and put them into a Custom Module and placed it at bottom right.
I set the links with the menu entrys. When i have mouseover i see the links but they dont open.

They are opening for me properly:

The URL works, i know.

But when you click at the bottom right not in the bottom middle they dont work.
It only scroll a little above

Or omit target="_blank" in both links if you don't want links to open in new window.

i have changed it to:

but nothing happened.
It only scroll a little above.

Try disabling Scroll To Top feature in template settings.
