Problems when saving changes

i use the Template Hair Version 2.4.0 and Joomla 3.6.4 on www.abir.eu/
When i modify in Layout builder some Row Settings and save them i see that tey are not be changed.
Waht is to do?

Can you save any other settings, in example other template settings, module settings, articles... Maybe your Joomla's database is damaged somehow.

i have changed the font size in Style Designer and save it and it works.
I have a look for the database in Extensions > Manage > Database - no mistakes are displayed.
Nevertheless i click > Fix and change Row Settings again and save them. Nothing changed.
