Mortgage Calculator?

The Homes Demo shows a Mortgage calculator. How does this work when the template is deployed? Is there a separate extension for this?

This is a custom Joomla module with a simple form inside it. Also, there's Javascript code incorporated into the template that calculates data after user input.

If you install the template with demo data, the same calculator will be installed on your site.
