Hi Alan,

Only one thing was left... In Extensions > Plugin Manager, the system plugin "System - Language Filter" should be unpublished if site has only one language.

I am use this template in pic attach you can see it.
I am delet the italian langauge and would like to istall Brazillian portuges langue.
I am already istall the brazillian por languge but I can;t show it in site with english.
and iam add menu for it also not work..

There are numerous video tutorials over internet how to do language setup. Can you watch some of them and do it by that instructions.
