Picture setting problem

I have picturial problem as like at hostel template demo web page contact link as follows;

demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/index.php?template=hostel

My web page looking as follows.
idasos.com.tr/index.php/tr/contact

Add this to template_css.css:

.contact .jicons-icons IMG{
width:16px;
height:16px;
}

Picturial problem was not solved by offered idea on support forum
.It did not work on my template hostel.
Also there are a lot of important problems with complate templates and extensions. Picturial problem is only one and the minimal problem.
I am so sad to pay for this templates and extensions.
I will anounce everywhere for not get in commercely relation with hotjoomlatemplates.
I have been using joomla for almost 7 years. This is my first bad experiance with a site for buying a commercial softwares.

YES I DİD İT. RESULT IS A BİG ZERO. AND WHY DONT YOU APPLY IT TO THE DEMO WEB PAGE'S CONTACT LINK. DO IT AND WE LET'S SEE IT.
