Mobile menu not showing

Hi. I have a problem with Hostel template. I've installed clean template (not HotStart), and tried to display Main menu - but if I resize the page, main menu hides and mobile menu does not appear. Why is that? I do not have any additional modules, so I think this is not some multiple jQuery instance problem. I think this is related to this question - www.hotjoomlatemplates.com/support-forum.../24312-menu-problems which states there are problems when you use only one menu instead of 2?
