Hot Hostel Budget Rooms - Page title

Am trying to change the page title "Hot Hostel Budget Rooms" to a custom title, This is normally in the menu manager, but am not able to find where to change this?

It's in Menus > English > Home (EN) > Page display.

I deleted that trying to sort the language problem out, let me try and re-enable.

Fixed, I deleted the language menu.
So to fix ;
Menu manager;
Top menu;
Index;
then Page display.
