Install on a Joomla 3 website.

I have installed many things and after downloading the hot image slider pro, it downloads all the files but does not download an install package. Without that I have no idea how to install this. I have been searching how to install and the website for instructions and can't find anything. Please can someone tell me how or point me to the right website with instructions.

What does joomla say when you try to install it? Do you maybe have wrong version so joomla wont accept it
