HRLightbox not working with HT's Politics Template

Good Afternoon,
I am currently trying to get the Hot Responsive Lightbox to work on my client's website: St. Baldrick's Fundraiser (2023) - SuperTeam PCSO
yet as you can see it says "There are no images in this gallery."

I have the folder set up correctly as stbald23 and the correct path   {responsivelightbox}images/stbald23{/responsivelightbox}
Yet I cannot understand why they are not showing up. The template is Joomla 4 compatible and is currently at 4.2.9.

There are NO errors showing so my thoughts are either the extension looks for other extension names for the images or is outdated.

Can you please let me know what the problem is? Thanks -- John
