Slide heading, text and button displays wrong

Hi,
I have problem with slide navigation, heading and slide text. I bought this excellent module and just insert it in Bokeh template, but it doesn't look like as it is on the demo page. Slide heading and slide text are much upper and looks different. Can you please send me a parameters how to setup it. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for quick reply. It seems that forum compressed it in much smaller size. Can You please post it in .RAR format or something similar, cause this one is too compressed, and can't see clearly.

rar???? - that has to do with file size. Download image and open it in some image viewer like Picasa that allows zoom and scroll

Of course I already did that. Check that file again, please. I attached you screenshot, my view from Picasa, with big zoom. Your file is too small for that size, because it is compressed too much. I can't see anything from parameters.
