Hello,
The Hot Full Carousel module keeps the height of the image and cuts off the sides. On the other hand, the Hot Swipe Carousel module keeps the image aspect ratio and resizes the image in both width and height.
The Hot Full Carousel module is appropriate for some use cases. In other use cases, it's better to use the Hot Swipe Carousel.
