This is strange?
I have configured Hot Full Carousel, and on my PC the slider is working great with no issues.
But if I look at it on a mobile device like my phone, the slider images are the default ones, and not the ones I have set?

I have provided a link to the test site -->>

Next to carousel images there are images with similar name just with small_ prefix. That images are loaded for mobile. You need to change those also but you have to do it via FTP of media manager if reachable.

Hi Ivan.

I am having a similar issue in that no images loaded in the carousel on mobile devices. I have now saved the small version of the image per your instruction but now I only get the first slide appearing (first of three) and there is a white screen that appears first. Please look up www.equalaccess.org.au to see what I mean.

Any help would be great!! I am sure it's a silly thing I have missed!

Danielle

Thanks NeilT. Does that mean you called your replacement images child_slide1.jpg child_slide2.jpg child_slide3.jpg instead of their proper file name as a work around?
