Put position USER3 above Latest Post Blog articles

Hello

Is it possible to have any module positions (for example: user3) above the Latest Post Blog articles?
I would like to put the module HOT FILM TAPE (position USER3) first and after the Lastest Post BLog articles.

I would like to change the template and put:

1. HEADER1
2. USER3
3. LATEST POST BLOGS
4. ....

Is it possible? How I can do it?

you can add entire new rows in sparky layout builder and then you can put custom position in newly created row.

I don't understand.
Where can I add the new row? If I add the row between TOPMENU and HEADER1 I will have the same problem, isn't it?

Hello,

go to extensions >template manager > your_template > layout builder

there you have option to add new row or to manage your module position. It's one of main functionality in Sparky, so feel free to explore it and use it. It's user friendly (drag & drop).
