K2 Intergration - comments function not working was created by louisellul
Hi there. Hoping someone can help with this.
I have a website built with this template that has K2 installed. It needs the comments function but only for registered users. However, when you register and activate your account, there is no box to actually add any comments. I have checked all the settings and can't see any issues. I have also followed this up with Joomla Works re the K2 component but they suggest it is a template issue. The website is: www.equalaccess.org.au .
Thanks in advance
Danielle

Hello,
We did not integrated this template with K2 so there are no template overrides for K2 component in this template. Therefore, I don't see how it could be a template issue. Maybe it's a JavaScript conflict when comments should be displayed. I don't see any conflicts on your page now. Do you see any HTML from comments in source of pages where comments should be displayed? Maybe it's a CSS problem...
Please let me know what username/pass to use in order to see the comment box?
Thanks

Thanks for the reply! We got it working. It was a K2 User Group issue.
