Losing CSS on Menu - I found the reason!

Joomla 4.1 and Sparky page builder 1.2.0

It has worked - have done a fair bit of work oin site with no issues.

At the back of my mind, I think Joomla identified updates yesrday and I would have updated as requested. prior to working on the content.

Please download the Sparky Page Builder from here:
and install it in Joomla (like you install any other extension). It will not change any of the settings or content you made.

Then, clear the browser's cache and try again.

If it doesn't work, please send me your Joomla superuser access. You can post hide this on the forum privately if you select a part of the text and click the "lock" (confidential) icon.

And also, check one more thing.

Go to Content > Articles > Options > Editing Layout. Make sure that the "Administrator Images and Links" option is enabled. Also, if you are editing from the frontend, make sure that the "Frontend Images and Links" option is enabled.

In many,many years of designing I have never bothered to use this - so my ignorance, sorry.

I have used one companies template for 5 years or so, so very set in my ways. Your templates and support - excellent.

I reinstalled Sparky Page Builder and inserted the facebook logo on home page. When I tried the same operation for the other two image placeholders, again same issue - it doesn't allow me to detlete/change the image.



FYI. Cleared browser cache and also used a different browser.

I have found the issue here. I wasworking on another Hot Joomla site nearing completion. Working fine.

J4 suggested updates to
Sparky_framework
Sparky Framework
Spark on Save
and one other (thought I had written it down but no
It was another Sparky file

All were updates to 4.2.

As soon as done, menu lost its CSS.

I will set the site back to yesterdays save but definately due to the updates and not user error
