Symbols

Hallo,
after migrating to Joomla 5 symbols disappeared from our website www.stradellaassicurazioni.it .
As symbols I mean the phone, fax, etc. icons from the contact page or the exclamation point in warning messages, etc.
How can I fix this problem?

I see the icons on your website normally.

However, Joomla 5 uses a newer version of the Font Awesome icons. Therefore, you should download the Joomla 5 version of the template from our website and install it. The file is "hot_insurance5x.zip". Use standard template installation.

Please make a full website backup before re-installation of the template.

I installed Joomla 5! following your instructions and I keep it updated.
Nonethless I still can't see icons and favicon.
Could you please give to me some more support?

I see the umbrella icon on your logo. Perhaps you should reload several times or clear the browser's cache.

Regarding the browser icon, make sure you selected your icon files in System > Site Template Styles > "Template Name" > Features > Branding > Favicons. To see your icon on the list, use FTP to upload it to "/media/templates/site/insurance/images/icons" folder.
