J4 Quickstart Template

To Whom It May Concern;
I have the Enterprise membership and I noticed that's the quickstart  Investment template for Joomla 4 which I am using for one of my clients websites is not showing up when I install it. Instead I am getting the Joomla 3 quickstart template.
It seems that the Joomla 4 quickstart is missing.
Can you double check to see why it is missing.

The Quickstart for the Investments template is available for download. From the main downloads page www.hotjoomlatemplates.com/my-downloads go to Enterprise Membership > joomla_templates > investments > joomla_4 > hot_investments4x_hotstart.zip
