Editor Problem

While click on the bold or h2, h3 heading in the editor, But system is not accepting and just save the content without bold or h2, h3 Heading. Please let me know the whats problem.

I am entering the content then click on save button (Fig 1) then content is not save in then showing in format (Fig2). it should be save in fig1
