Multiple menys in Hot Jewelry template

Hi. In this template there is mainmeny, left top, right top and 4 bottom menys. I have many articles and for each I want an uniqe meny to the left. For the first 4 articles I use bottom meny 1, 2, 3 and 4. But when I come to my 5 article I have no more menus to use. When I made a new one with name bottonmeny5 the meny show up but look nothing like the 4 other menys. Any idea? I want the menys lock like the first image and not like the second image attached
