Copyright is eater at bottom of index.php of template or in library/c.php

For other question maybe you set module position container to be just 1 cell wide. You can change that is template options "Layout Editor"

I have the same problem and my module position container is NOT set to be just 1 cell wide. It is set for all in the "Layout Editor" image attached.
