Appliying principles of template to another theme

Hi there,
I am currently using the Maelstrom (Rockettheme) template but need to have a template that is Responsive.
I have been searching high and low and your KinderGarden is the nearest I can match with the aminated background functionality.

Do you think your template could replicate something that is shown in just the top bar found here demo.rockettheme.com/jan11/ ?

You mean that fading top bar background swap? KinderGarden does not have such thing bat that can be made relatively easily. For example we have background fade swapping in hot destinations template.
