Template Setting dissappeared

all of sudden now when i try and go into the template setting i have no options to change anything, please see attached

Overwrite files template files with ones given in attachment (some of them are changed)

seems to be working now, except there is no left hand side menu

na actually i theres no buttons, so i cant change some things

Open templates/hot_kindergarten/js/tadmin.js

find this line:

var ul = jQuery(this).find('.accordion-body .accordion-inner::has(.subtabstart)').first();

change it to :

var ul = jQuery(this).find('.accordion-body .accordion-inner:has(.subtabstart)').first();
