Where can I download the PSD sources of this, and other templates? The demo does say that the PSD source and fonts are available.

PSD sources are available for Platinum members only. If you bought single template make sure you added PSD to your order (overall price $39).

I bought Silver membership so I don't have access to all the PSDs. I should have access to the Kindergarten PSDs for USD10 according to the description: www.hotjoomlatemplates.com/joomla-template-club

How do I go about paying that to get access to this one set of PSDs?

You can submit $10 from here www.hotjoomlatemplates.com/pay (under custom services) and we'll send your PSD by email.
