Lost edit facility in template manager

Hi
Not sure if I am going mad or what but I seem to have lost the graphic interface to edit the kidergarden template in the template manager. I use to have loads of options like the sparky framework etc. Now I just the code for the files. Sorry if I am missing something but I have tried to find it. Any help would be appreciated.
