where is the support

Having purchased this and other templates, I have struggled at every almost every step of the way and there has been very little support. I have almost completed the website but I am struggling with a gallery. I am trying to use Hot Responsive Lightbox. I get the page come up with the thumbnails but when I click on one I don't get the larger image, just a thumbnail. Driving me crazy as I want this website done and gone.

So far, you wrote 25 messages on this support forum. I am sure that each of them is answered. So, your question "where is the support" is totally inappropriate. If you are upset, please calm down first and then continue working on your website.

Now, let's get to the point. I don't see where on this website the Hot Responsive Lightbox is installed and therefore I can't test it. Please send the exact link where I can see the Hot Responsive Lightbox and I will help you to make it work.

No problem. The gallery on the link you provided is working normally on my computer. However, your images are too small. You uploaded the images in this folder:
However, the images are too small. For example, the first image is just 125x125 pixels:
You can upload the new images in the same folder using FTP or Joomla Media manager.

The images I uploaded were 650px, or I am 100% convinced convinced they were. I reuploaded from a different folder and it appears to have worked.
Once again sorry for sounding off. Be glad to walk away from this soon
