I have this event. How can I change the text of 'Event speakers' and change the 'Lorem ipsum' text too?

Hello,

You can change the headings in System > Site Template Styles > Hot Meetup > Layout > Row Settings (click the button next to the appropriate row). In the pop-up window, you can change the heading and subheading.
