Error message when editing template

Hi!

I have just installed Hot Mining and I am having little problems with it...
When I am editing something in the template I get this error message

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required '/usr/local/apache/htdocs/~ducktoll/templates/sparky_framework/library/sparky_grid.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php70/pear') in /home/ducktoll/public_html/plugins/system/sparkyonsave/sparkyonsave.php on line 151

What is the problem? Can someone shed some light on this message? THANKS!

Please check if plugin "Sparky On Save" is installed and activated in Plugin Manager.
