Site "broken" after Joomla upgrade

Hello,

today i upgraded Joomla to latest version and the site (viktory.si) is "broken" it looks like on screen print.
I'll have to restore backup version, so on the site you probably won't see it. It looks there is a problem with H. F. Carousel.
Will there be any upgrades to template?

Maybe problem is due new joomlas add their jquery form media/ui. Maybe removing reference to jquery we have in index.php of template will solve problem. Otherwise send us u/p to access site.

Could be, but I can't check this, because i have restored the site from backup and won't upgrade again until i know what caused the problem. A few days ago i have upgraded another site with hot corporate template and there was no problem.
