Change the Hot Rocking Ticket Graphic was created by NeilT

Just setting a new web site for a client, and I have asked this question before, but not bale to find the post.
Where is the graphic for the "Hot Rocking Ticket" graphic?

This is the image location: /templates/hot_music_band/images/custom/ticket.png
Size is 250 x 157 pixels.
