Problems installing Natura hotstart

I am on my third try to install the Natura hotstart package
Using:
Joomla 4
PHP 8
512MB of memory specified in the php.ini and the .user.ini
I have doublechecked that all required PHP modules are installed
So far result has been the message   500 There must be a problem

IF it does not run this time around, I will gather debug stack info

Our templates and Joomla 4 are compatible with PHP 8. However, can you try reducing the PHP version to 7.4 and try the installation again? If it succeed, you can change it back to PHP 8.

If it doesn’t work again, please try on another server. If it still doesn’t work, let us know.

I reverted the installation dir to use PHP 7.4.29
nj4.steamboat3d.com/phpinfo.php

and also turned on PHP error reporting.
Now i get this error:

"Environment Setup Incomplete
It looks like you are trying to run Joomla! from our git repository. To do so requires you complete a couple of extra steps first."

On what step you see this error? I visited your link and Joomla installation starts normally.

Yes, it is working now.
I had to set the directory to PHP v 7.3
7.4 does not work ff or the install.
In the morning I will set the directory to PHP v 8 and see what happens.
