unwanted text above head on every page

Somehow this unwanted text (dadsad) has appeared in the upper left corner on my Natura template site. It is before the html tag. See attached image. Can you tell me what file it would be in so I can remove it? Also, any idea how it would have appeared?

You probably added this yourself because this text is not on our original template and our demo. Please edit the file /templates/sparky_framework/index.php and change the first line from:

to:
