I cant open the PSD file in News Portal

I cant open the PSD file in News Portal was created by xtsiliv

Hi,
I just download the template and when i open the psd file hot_news_portal.psd it isn't open i have instal the .ttf files but Photoshop CS can't open the shapes. What can i do?

Hello,

This version is too old to open such file. All our files are created with Adobe Photoshop CS6 (version 13.0).
