Need help after adding new row

Hello. I have added a new row with sparky and I named it 'primerow'. I have added 3 module positions to that row... header4, header5 and header6. I need help with css to keep the module positions lined up and fluid at full width. Here's what I would like to achieve...

header4 = Hot Image Slider Pro for span6

header5 = Custom HTML to display 1 image span3

header6 = Custom HTML to display 1 image span3

I am having a problem getting all 3 modules to be evenly spaced horizontally and to line up with the content on the left and user2 module on the right. They should also have the same vertical pixel height (about 240px). I have attached an image for reference.

If you can also tell me how to make this new row display well for tablet and smartphone that would be awesome.
