Changing site name

Changing site name was created by R_Arden

How do i set the page name? No matter what name i input on the "Global Configuration" area, the site keeps showing "Hot News Portal" as name.

How do i fix that?

Check home page menu item settings under "Page Display Options"

I could not find that. There is no "Home Page menu" in my panel.

You use joomla 2.5. You do same thing just interface is different
