sorry i did excatly step by step but still not working!
i have also other templates from other companies like yoo....
an it works perfectly in the samsung device!

Sorry any answer??? it is not possible to stop all the work everytime due some problems... i even tried to disable these responsive, i faced other problem, the template is divided that half part is shown as responsive and other half is shown as normal...

Responsive menu is turned off, so I don't see that sources

Now is on, in anycase, the problem when i turn off the responsive keep the template with half side responsive and other not.

now that source i change it again so is back as before
the answer u gave me to check was about another templates, and has different files like no layout.css in mine
