social media link was created by susheelmeel@gmail.com

Social media link is not working on click of the image showing url then page name such as below:

domainname.com/www.facebook.com

it should be direct open www.facebook.com like as a external link.

I have given any external Link in any module such as social media section its not showing domainname.com/www.facebook.com instead of www.facebook.com
