an issue with the responsive menu

the menu works fine in full screen, but doesn't work in mobile size.
You can see the menu and the menu drops down, but you can't hover and click.The menu items disappear when the mouse is moved to hover over.
Plus the colour of the font is barely visible.

That is only if you are looking from buggy galaxy browser. Any other mobile browser will work fine.
