Video not showing

i just install the template and i didn't change anything yet but the hot video wall not work at all
i reinstall all the template 3 times but it still same problem

hw i can fix this problem?

also in option do i put the user name in You tube or the full link for my channel?

Hello,

when you downloaded your template?? Because that is old version with hot video wall that is not supported by new youtube api. New verison of template uses custom html module on that position with this code by default

where i find this code to change it

am not developer so i will need details step by step to know where to find it to change it

the hot Video extension available and updated so i can replace it with old one?
how i can do that if possible

by the way if i have Joomla 3 template is this mean i don't need to update Joomla at all and automatically work with Joomla 3?

You should disable hot video wall module and create custom html module that contains something like code we provided to you.
Before making custom HTML change default editor in gloobal configuration. Set it to Editor - none, just to make sure that other editor don't have prohibited elements like iframe.

i don't know any thing about this things and to create HTML module

i think i will drop this Joomla template and not depending on this Joomla anymore

all the templates hv problems all the time and i keep asking and fixing again and again

i feel sorry for the money i spend it to buy this templates
