Search module, Scroller module and update Sparky Framework

Hello sorry again for the inconvenience but I still detect two problems.

1) The search module, even if it's active,  does not work and reports an error:
0 - Class 'JEventDispatcher' not found

2) If activated, the scroller module crashes the site as well as one of the last two updates (I've to use akeeba backup to resolve)

- System - Sparky On Save


Maybe because the version is 4.2.0 and my Joomla is 4.10?

1. Joomla 4 doesn't have the old Search component. It's replaced with Smart Search. So, you should change your menu items and modules that use the Search component with their Smart Search versions.

2. Make sure you downloaded the latest Hot Scroller module from our site and installed it. The old Scroller module is not working on Joomla 4 and it can cause the website to crash the site.

The latest version of Joomla is 4.1.0 and the latest version of the Sparky Framework is 4.2.0 and that's perfectly fine.
