Hi,

Following the latest Joomla updates, the template no longer displays my website in full width on mobile devices. Instead, it appears confined to the left column.
Should I make any adjustments to the template to resolve this issue?

Best regards

Hello,

I visited your website but couldn’t see the issue. The website is using full width of the mobile device. On which page I can see the problem?

The issue occurs on every page but only on mobile. On Chrome, the site opens with a restricted width, while on Safari, it opens correctly at first. However, when I try to swipe to the right, a blank column appears, or if I use two fingers to zoom out, the site shifts into a single column.

Even if you see it displayed at full width, is there a way to prevent the template from shifting to the right when a user tries to scroll in that direction, as that section is empty? Similarly, when a user tries to zoom out, I would like the template to remain properly aligned and not reduce to a single column, showing the right side as empty.

Hello,

The problem is in the last row of your template layout, in the module position "advert2". Try disabling modules one by one to see which one makes the problem.

Anyway, the problem is in your content, not in the template.

You were right, the issue was caused by the content of a module positioned in the advert2 position, so it wasn’t related to your template.

Thank you so much for your prompt support.
Have a great day!
