URGENT - CHANGE THE "for all Seasons" images???

:S So frustrating.

1. This template seems glitchy in Jooomla 3.0 and am going through your forum to adjust the issues.
2. WHERE is the documentation on changing the 2 large images at top "Environment for all Seasons?" It's not in the Media Manager or if it is, it's well hidden!

NEVERMIND...I found answer in the forum (it was not in the person's Title so I did not initially see it). It is perplexing however as to why it's not in Media Manager but rather in layout.css!
