Template settings not working? Joomla 3.0

Hey so i just installed a the hotstart version of the 3.0 all nice!
I tried to search the forum for changing the "Hot one" caption in the left corner. I found the forum post that says it´s in the template settings.. But when i try to go into the template settings it looks like the image a attached. (thats the only thing i get on the screen, nothing else..

I can´t figure out what im doing wrong. esp.. please help

I get this error:

Fatal error: Class 'DOMDocument' not found in /www/www.megadrive.se/public_html/templates/hot_one_page/elements/tadmin.php on line 96

That is place where XML document object is initialized. You need new PHP (5) or I think it can be installed separately for php 4

hot_one_page_j30_unzip_first.zip is the file i downloaded, then i used kickstart and hot_one_page30_hotstart.zip... all upload and install went through without any errors

Ill try to update php and get back to you.. didnt see that it was so old.. thanks for quick response btw!
