Do not get emails.
I have fully configured the mail server, I have tried several different servers, and with any can't receive mail.
Any help?.

You mean you can not send e-mail? Default joomlas PHP Mail is sometimes not installed on server so that is one thing. If you use SMTP server then you can test settings in outlook. If they work there they will fork in joomla.

One other possibility is that they go to spam.

The SMTP server works correctly setting it in Outlook.
The problem must be the template.

Template has nothing to do with emails, that is joomla core. Template is just looks. You can check that bu switching to beez5
