Some issues with template that are doing my nut in

I love this template but there are some very strange goings on that i can seem to fix

1st if i insert a new article in front of say "contact us" the black background JUMPS to the new article from the contact us section

Same happens with the gallery, if you insert a new document the gallery stops working and only displays one image.

Additionally, the main header image if you replace it does not resize.

Additionally, the text on mobile in particular the h2,3,4 and paragraph tags do not resize

Additionally, every time you edit an articile, it strips the anchor tags out

Additionally, if you had a "external link" in the menu it just keeps you on the home page. I need to be able to open up a virture mart store for our clients online shopping cart.

Addtiionally - the VM scroller plugin - does not want to configure properly

anchor tags are removed if there anchor tag is empty and your editor is configured to do that.

For other question specify what to do on some site to experience problem.
