SlideShow Arrows don't work in Chrome and Firefox

Hello to all, I've installed OnePage hotstart with joomla 2.5, and I'm having the following problem.
In firefox and chrome (both latest versions for win7 64bits to date 05-21-13)when you go to "Environment" section, and you click at the Right or Left Arrows, instead of scrolling to the next image, it goes to the top. This doesn't happen at all in Internet Explorer 9. However I need that cross compatibility and in the features of this template is told that it works with firefox.
Does anybody has a solution for this bug?

I also have win7 64 and latest FF and chrome and all works ok

It does NOT WORK in the following browsers:
Chrome Version 27.0.1453.93 m
Firefox 21.0

They are nothing special, but the latest versions according to each vendor for that product.
I'll need a solution, otherwise I'll ask for a refund.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you in the next hours, not in the next day, as I need to make a choice for the new page.
